From time to time a lot of extra-curricular activities in the RIHE-Campus are organized to provide opportunities to students for display of their talent and capabilities.

SPORTS

Sports facilities – both indoor and outdoor are available in the Institute. The students with outstanding performance are being sent outside to take part in various sports and cultural activities, which are organized by other Institutions. Similarly students from other Institutions are invited to take part in the events to be organized in the RIHE.

STUDENTS WELFARE

Student's Welfare Committee, in which there would also be a nominated representative of the students, is active in the RIHE.

SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarships are given to the meritorious and deserving students on the basis of their performance.

CANTEEN

RIHE has well equipped Canteen for it’s Teachers and Students, where delicious refreshment and food is available during working hours. The Canteen also provides Tiffins to the Hostel of RIHE.

NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME (N.S.S.)

RIHE has an approved unit of N.S.S. in it’s campus.  N.S.S. carries it’s weight in eligibility marks in various other professional courses.

CAREER COUNSELLING & PLACEMENT

Career Counselling and Placement Committee renders active services to the students for their placement opportunities in the fields of choice and qualification.

EXTENSION ACTIVITIES

The Institute is actively involved in the Third Dimension of higher education i.e. Extension. Literacy Campaign, Population Education, Women Empowerment, Conservation of Environment etc. are the main fileds of extension activity organized by the institute.
